At Evermist, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, clear, and transparent while ensuring smooth order processing.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Orders are typically dispatched the next working day after confirmation.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us as soon as possible via our official support channels with their order number.


Payment Methods & Cancellations

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment via Payment Gateway.

  • COD Orders
    COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • Online Paid Orders
    Online paid orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If approved, refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis.


Product Usage & Eligibility

  • If a product has been sprayed more than 20ml, it is considered used.

  • Used products cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned under any circumstances due to hygiene and product integrity reasons.


Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Approved cancellations are refunded case-by-case.

  • Refunds, if approved, may be processed:

    • Back to the original payment method, or

    • As store credit, depending on the situation.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment method and bank policies.


Courier & Delivery Issues

In rare cases of courier delays, damage, or delivery failure:

  • Evermist will review the issue case-by-case.

  • Resolution may include a refund, re-shipment, or alternative solution, depending on the situation.


Final Decision

  • Evermist reserves the right to approve or decline cancellation requests based on order status, product condition, and policy compliance.

  • Any misuse of the cancellation policy may result in refusal of future orders.
