At Evermist, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every product you receive.
Eligibility for Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible, the product must be less than 25% used.
Accepted Reasons for Returns We accept returns and refunds for the following reasons:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong item was sent to you
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Refund Options Once your return is approved, you can choose either:
- A full refund back to your original payment method
- A replacement product sent to you at no extra cost
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are handled case by case. If the issue is on our end, we cover the full return shipping cost. If the issue is on the customer's end, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
